Terms of use
Last updated: 20 May 2026
These terms govern your use of Todoie, a mobile app for managing personal tasks and building a virtual home. Todoie is operated by PHYCON SIA, Gramzdas iela 21 – 7, Rīga, LV-1029, Latvia. By creating an account or otherwise using the app, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 years old to use Todoie. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Please contact us at info@phycon.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Using the app
Todoie is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the app to break the law, to harass other people, to attempt to access another user's account, to interfere with the service, or to reverse-engineer it beyond what is allowed by applicable law.
Your content
The tasks you write and the way you arrange your house belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content back to you (and, where you have made your profile public, to the friends you have connected with) so that the app can work. You are responsible for the content you create and for not including anything illegal or infringing in it.
Coins and items
Coins are an in-app reward you earn by completing tasks. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. The items you can buy with coins, the catalog and the rewards may change over time as we improve the app. We may adjust balances if we detect abuse or a bug.
Changes and availability
We are still building Todoie, so features may change, be added or be removed. We try to keep the service running smoothly but we cannot promise it will always be available without interruption. We may also suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. When you do, your tasks, friends and house items are removed in line with our privacy policy.
Liability
Todoie is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts of Riga, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
